4.Indian Army builds the longest suspension bridge Maitri Bridge over Indus river in Leh, Ladakh. The length of the bridge is 260 feet and it is been built in a record time of 40 days by Combat Engineers of ‘Sahas aur Yogyata’ Regiment of ‘Fire & Fury Corps’Asia’s longest tunnel Zojila is being built b/w Leh and Srinagar.

5.India has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Consultancy Service (NABCONS) for setting up the India-Africa Institute of Agriculture and Rural Development (IAIARD) in Malawi.Malawi Capital- Lilongwe Currency- Kwacha

6.The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has given approval to Paytm Money which is the investment and wealth management platform of the mobile payments company Paytm to start offering broking services.Paytm Money has also received membership of NSE and BSE.

7.Bharatiya Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has received the license from the Department of Telecommunications to provide Internet and mobile services on flights. BSNL and it's satellite partner Inmarsat to offer in-flight connectivity to airlines.Passengers can make calls/use the internet at min ht of 3km in India

8.Rating agency Fitch retained India's sovereign rating at 'BBB-', the lowest investment grade, with a stable outlook for the 13th straight year. Fitch expects growth of 6.8% in current fiscal 19-20 and 7.1% in the next fiscal 20-21.Fitch HQ- New York CEO- Paul Taylor Founded-1914

9.Rahul Sharma, Co-founder of Indian phone maker Micromax, has launched his new enterprise Revolt Intellicorp with a personal investment of nearly ₹500 crore. The proposed AI-enabled e-motorcycle will have a range of 156.8 km and a top speed of 85 kmph.Micromax also owns YU Televentures & headquartered at Gurugram.

10.IL&FS has announced the appointment of CS Rajan, who is a Director on the IL&FS board, as the group's Managing Director. He has taken over the position from Vineet Nayyar, who continues to serve as the group's Executive Vice Chairman.IL&FS- Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services.
