15.The BCCI has decided to halve the prize money for this year’s IPL champions and the runners-up as part of its cost-cutting measures for the upcoming edition. Instead of a whopping Rs 20 crores, the IPL champion team will now receive Rs 10 crores only.Runners-up will get ₹6.25 crore from earlier ₹12.5 crore.
16.In a new Gender Social Norms Index (GSNI) released by the UNDP, close to 90% of men & women hold some sort of bias against women.
