2.India has successfully test-fired a 3,500 km range nuclear capable K-4 ballistic missile. The test was conducted off the Vizag coast in Andhra Pradesh. Only US, Russia & China have submarine-launched ballistic missiles of 3,500-kilometre range.The Missile was developed by DRDO.
3.Thailand's Ratchanok Intanon lifted the Indonesia Badminton Masters 2020 women's singles title after defeating Carolina Marin in the summit clash at Jakarta. The win was her 2nd title in the Indonesian tournament after 2010 title.Carolina Marin is the reigning Olympic Champion.
4.India has returned with 7 medals from Rome Ranking Series with Bajrang Punia & Ravi Kumar Dahiya claiming gold medals in the 65kg freestyle category & 61 kg category in the tournament. Vinesh Phogat won a gold & Anshu Malik a silver in the women's bout.In Greco-roman, Gurpreet Singh won a gold in 82 kg category.
