1.Corporation Bank has launched ‘Corp SME Suvidha’ for GST-registered MSMEs. The product has been designed as part of the bank's efforts to provide the best products to the MSME sector.MD and CEO of Corporation Bank – PV Bharathi.

2.Defence Research and Development Organisation has test-fired an indigenously developed 500 kg class guided bomb from a Sukhoi combat jet at Pokhran, Rajasthan. The guided bomb achieved the desired range and hit the target with high precision.DRDO is headquartered in New Delhi.

3.In Odisha, Biju Janata Dal Legislature Party has elected Naveen Patnaik its leader. He will take oath as Chief Minister for the fifth consecutive term. BJD has bagged 112 of the 146 assembly seats.Ganeshi Lal is the governor of Odisha.

4.Indian contemporary artist Nalini Malani has won the seventh edition of Joan Miro Prize 2019 for her impressive body of work that gave a voice to ‘the silenced and the dispossessed all over the world, most particularly women’.Joan Miro - An influential artists in 20th century.

10.The commandant of the Indian Army Infantry School, Shailesh Tinaikar has been appointed as the commander of the UN Mission in South Sudan. He is the recipient of the Sena Medal and the Vishisht Seva Medal for Distinguished Service.The mission was created in 2011.
