1.According to Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) ,GSLV-F10 will launch geo imaging satellite, GISAT-1, from Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota on March 5. Weighing about 2,275 kg,GISAT-1 is a state-of-the-art agile Earth observation satellite.Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle (GSLV).

3.The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) amended the Consolidated Foreign Direct Investment Policy 2017 (FDI Policy) to allow 100 per cent FDI in insurance intermediaries through the automatic route.Till now, FDI up to 49% was allowed in insurance intermediaries.

5.The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) approved setting up a national technical textiles mission with a total outlay of Rs 1,480 crore. The mission will have a four-year implementation period from FY 2020-21 to 2023-24.Indian technical textiles segment is estimated at 16 bn. dollars

10.RBI has directed banks to link all the new floating rate loan to medium enterprises(MEs) with external benchmark.
